As a survivor and thriver of childhood abuse and trauma, I learned very early how to please people at my own expense. I learned what false love and forgiveness meant and I gave with wholeheartedness, without thinking of myself, to the detriment of my own growth and development.

I new things needed to change. I began investing in my own personal and professional development, instead of putting so much of my time, energy, and resources into others' development. I began working on forgiveness and self-love. I grew in leaps and bounds!

Then, last year, I picked up Paul Martinelli's book, Think & Grow Rich: The Missing Chapters, and my life changed again.

I've been in this book almost every single day for a year. I created 30 self-reflective activities and used them for myself first. Then, I started introducing the activities to my coaching clients.
