  1. Daily Brief Videos: I'll introduce an emotion that keeps us unhealthy and remind you to do your reflections.
  2. Reflective Journal: one place to keep all your thoughts and  to track your progress. 
  3. Daily Self-Reflection: invest 20-30 minutes on focused reflection designed to help you know yourself more.
  4. Group Support: connect with others through a group chat and at the end of the week in a large group Zoom. 
  5. Individual Coaching Session: schedule a 15-minute session with me in week 2 to finally release those emotions which allows the weight and dis-ease attached to them to leave, too!
